No there isn’t. You are welcome to cancel your monthly payments at any time and your service will then continue until the end of that current monthly period. Of course, I’ll be working hard to get you more customers so that you don’t want to cancel at any time!
Unfortunately it is impossible to say exactly how many extra customers you will get from your VIP Club because the number will be different for every restaurant. As I showed in the examples above though, even when you’ve just got a small number of people in your VIP Club, the return on your investment is superb. Have a think about how many unique transactions you currently do in a month. Our aim will be to get at least 50% of these people into your club. How many people will this be? There are two things you’ll need to do…
1. Promote the club. Put up the supplied posters in prominent positions in the restaurant and ensure that each diner is given an A6 flyer. If you and your staff can mention the benefits of joining to diners too, then that will encourage even more to join.
2. At the start of each month you’ll need to let me know the offers that you’d like sending out that month and the dates you’d like them to go out.
